Just wanted to show that I don't just make mini sized cakes, and that I also dabble in making lovely big cakes (only for my friends and family though). I must admit I didn't quite have all the ingredients this recipe called for, I don't always keep butter milk in my fridge for instance, so I had to improvise a little. I'm sure Anna Olson, from whose book Back to Baking this recipe came from. Turned out yummy, nonetheless! All topped off with sprinkles to make the Birthday Girl feel happy.
